He was getting nervous, Gordon could tell. Not that it was a surprise, considering this was Mx. ‘high-res pictures of your feet’ suggesting this.
A light flush crossed Gordon’s cheeks, a gentle heat rushing over him. Well- his feet did hurt, and there were far worse things than the thought of Benrey getting off to giving him a foot massage.

Harry clears his throat. As an attempt to compose himself and ease the butterflies in his stomach. “D’you wanna like. Make out?” He scratches his beard with one hand and with the other, checking that his shirt is still tucked in his backpocket. To anyone else it would look like Kim didn’t react to that, but Harry can see that he found the unceremoniousness of it a little funny.
“Like teenagers? No, we couldn’t possibly.” His tone betrays that this is Kim waiting to be convinced.

The door swung open slowly. “Um, Kim? I think I need help with something,” Harry mumbled, just loud enough for his partner to hear. He stood awkwardly in the doorway, with a pained faux-smile on his face and a strangely hunched posture.
Kim looked up from the paperback and pushed up his glasses, studying him for a moment before speaking. He noted how flushed Harry’s cheeks were, and how he seemed to be trembling slightly, which concerned him. “Help with what? Is everything alright?”
“I, uh. I need medical advice.” Harry’s eyes shifted towards the floor, then back to Kim.
The furrows on Kim’s brow deepened as he narrowed his eyes. “What kind of medical advice?”
“Um. Hypothetically speaking, if someone were to, say, get some kind of foreign object stuck inside their body, how would you get it out?” he asked, his words quick and halting.
