Summary
Class 1-Z. The "Zero" class. To the public, it’s a rehabilitation program for at-risk youth. To the HPSC, it’s a dumping ground for the students they expect to expel by the end of the first semester.
They appointed Izuku Midoriya as their homeroom teacher, convinced that the now quirkless war hero is a relic of the past and exactly what the class needs to fail quietly. But the Symbol of Hope doesn't believe in lost causes. He sees the next generation of heroes. He's going to take this class of broken legacies, problem children, political pawns and former villains and vigilantes and teach the commission a painful lesson:
