“Do I make you nervous, Smitty?” John teased with a brow raised, staring at him while looking almost genuinely curious.
Smitty gulped, anxiety twisting into a knot in his chest.
His crush wasn’t that obvious, right?
Him and John kept eye contact for a good minute, just staring silently.
Does he know? Was the horrifying thought that entered Smitty’s mind. He really didn’t want to be rejected.
“I’m just messing with you.” John punched his shoulder with a grin on his face, ending the awkward silence between them.

Vampires had always been a part of modern culture, their sharp skin piercing fangs and the need to consume blood among many other qualities was something the average person had ample knowledge of. The many types of media helped to paint a picture of a blood sucking, human killing, immortal being who could travel silently through the night.
Thank god it was all simply a myth.

“Tell me to stop.” John mumbled against Smitty's lips, breath hot and words full of need.
This was insane. They couldn't do this, not with all their friends asleep in the same house, some just mere feet outside the bathroom. It would be reckless and irresponsible for them to hook up here, in their friend's bathroom. It's especially insane considering before this moment, John nor Smitty had any idea that they needed each other this badly.
"Don't stop,” Smitty whispered, tilting his head up so his and John's nose brushed against each other, lips just barely brushing over each other. “I need you.”
