Tim is five years old when he drowns in his parents' pool. He dies quietly, waiting for parents who love him, but will never be there, to realise that something is wrong. They never show up, and he sinks into oblivion.
When he wakes up and claws his way out of the water, the sun has set, and the lights of his house are on. He is cold and wet and his lungs burn.
But most of all, Tim is alone.

Summary
After a failed suicide attempt, years of bullying, and his mother's death, Izuku Midoriya doesn't think he has any option besides joining the League of Villains. After all, foster care is no place for a quirkless kid like him. Plus, working as a hacker and analyst for the League doesn't sound like it would be too bad. But, after meeting a hurt little girl in Overhaul's headquarters, Toga and Izuku can't just sit back and take orders from Shigaraki anymore. With some careful consideration, Izuku figures a villain reformation program at UA doesn't sound horrible, even if it means having to put up with Bakugou.

Summary
Aizawa refuses to let his Problem Child travel back in time alone, even to fix a future where All for One was the victor. They go back with a plan that's more of a list, spend a year technically missing, and become rather effective vigilantes that fix some rather serious problems. And then it's time to be found, which seems to primarily result in lots of support and many hugs. Neither Izuku or Aizawa complain very much.

This fic is the perfect blend of humour and angst. It’s a gut punch followed by a hug and a joke and then another gut punch in the best way possible and I love it. Every time I read it I’m left reeling at the end like “it’s done?? :,(“ but I’m also not mad because it’s perfect. Imma go cry in my bathtub and stare at the wall now
Side note: I’ve had a song stuck in my head all day, including while reading, and I can’t remember the title but it has the lyrics “I’m good yeah I’m feeling alright, imma have the best freaking night of my life, don’t you know I’m good yeah I’m feeling alright” and the dichotomy of that with this fic is honestly hilarious and I felt the need to share that with you. Also simultaneously have juno by Sabrina carpenter stuck in my head (the two songs mesh surprisingly well?), thanks adhd. Less funny and more strange cause this isn’t a ship fic unless you count EraserMic, but yeah. Kinda wild vibe to have in the background of this angst fest

“God, why did you have to see that? Ten minutes longer, that’s all I needed and none of this would’ve had to happen.” the man groaned into his hands and Peter couldn’t help his confusion as the man paced back and forth, seemingly arguing with himself before he was suddenly dropping his hands from his face and turning to face Peter, lowering into a crouch in front of him.
“Okay, here’s how this is gonna go baby boy,” the man started, “You were not supposed to see that –”
“- No shit!!” Peter interrupted and the man huffed.
“But, there's nothing we can do to change that now. Damage was done, you’re a witness now, a cute little one at that– that I can’t really let go because you’ve seen my face and I’m not about to chase your fine ass back to a police station.” the man told him.

After Peter witnesses a murder in the alleyway beside the coffee shop he works at one night, he gets dragged into Wade's criminal activities as a hostage that soon turns into more than attempting to escape at any given moment Peter gets, and some tricky feelings are developed on the way, creating more conflicts between the unlikely pair.
