Summary
Imaizumi has seen him in his house clothes before, on the few occasions when he's come over to watch one of Sugimoto's racing DVDs on his TV. He lounges with frequency in comfortable skirts and stockings, and Imaizumi only asked once whether he was dressed up. But those were times they stayed in, and didn't go anywhere. Today they're going out to eat, in a restaurant, and maybe to ride their bikes. Sugimoto isn't dressed for going out.
Imaizumi and Sugimoto plan a date. Imaizumi shows up early to convince Sugimoto that he can go out on it in his cute clothes.
