Summary
Carmen and her Team Red work to take back any stolen items or stop plans that V.I.L.E. has in motion, while A.C.M.E. goes to try and capture Carmen Sandiego to prove V.I.L.E.’s existence.
It’s not until one night, Carmen Sandiego runs into a new thief that doesn’t seem to be part of anything VILE.
Not only is this elusive thief skilled, but also the charming cause of trouble for all three parties in some way.
Who in the world could this be?
(My first fic) (Small update: I’ve been on a hiatus and feel a bit tempted to redo it, although a small chapter has been sitting on my iPad for a while so I might finish that before I redo it)

Btw this takes place in an odd time, White Lily is in Beast-Yeast but the whole shenanigans of the Beasts + Elder Faerie didn’t happen yet. Actually that might be too complicated so this will just be an alternate universe.

At the cusp of defeat, Shadow Milk gets transported to a backwards world: Dark Enchantress was sealed away before she could do any lasting damage, the Beasts never came to be, and the Ancients rule over an otherwise peaceful world.
Oh, and apparently his counterpart is dead and hailed as a hero. Because his life wasn’t already complicated enough.

What happens when the guy who basically saved all of Cookie-kind comes back as an evil, corrupted version of himself?
