Summary
A few extra moments can change everything. Stone's conversation with Shadow goes on for a bit longer, which makes Shadow decide to save Robotnik.
However, Stone doesn't know this. He believes the Doctor to be dead and wants revenge. He wants to kill Sonic and his friends, believeing them at fault for the Doctor's death.
He'll do what Robotnik never managed to do- kill them and rule the world. And once he's done, Robotnik will be worshipped like he should. Stone will let nothing stop him.
