Summary
MK gets a flu and texts Red Son over to help him out a bit and breaks down about all his worries and self-doubt after the death of the Jade Emperor.
With little control over what he wants and doesn't want to say due to the fever, he ends up making Red Son blush (and burn his ceiling, just a bit).AKA: Red Son gets to coddle MK and be there for him even though he refuses to admit he wanted to and panics when MK flirts with him.

Summary
The dream you haul yourself up from tonight is tame — almost mundane, given the horrors your sleeping mind seems able to conjure up. The memory of it is already slipping through your fingers like sand as you try to recall specifics. But the residual anxiety of it persists in an uncomfortable tightness across your shoulders, a prickle along your forearms that you have to rub away with your palms.
As quietly as possible, you scoot out from under the blankets and push your way out of the tent to go and sit beside the banked coals of the campfire.
Where you had expected solitude, though, you instead discover you’re not alone in your late-night vigil.
