How morbid. Rui wonders if he would’ve gone through with it, if he would have dangled his legs and tempted his fate. Maybe he had still been too cowardly, still too entranced by his own life that he would have walked down and not stopped. And then he would go back, again and again and again, pale gripping hands on the wires as if it could ground him, but he would never do it. As if just the notion of it could frighten him enough.

The famous group, Wonderland X Showtime was about ready to perform a show. A show they spent weeks, months on. Perfecting every move to make the show perfect. Rui went ahead and decided for the show to place new lights for the show. He thought it was fine. He thought it was intact. So he shouldn't worry about it right? He was wrong.
So so wrong.
He was completely wrong.
He should have checked it.
It's his fault his best friend is now laying on the hospital bed…
