Soap was not a typical omega. He was not soft nor did he run his to alpha's and act all needy and sweet. His alpha's never asked for that from him or even hinted that they wanted something like that.
Until Jenna came along.
How could he compete when she seemed to not just be the exact opposite of Soap himself but also exactly the kind of omega his alphas wanted.

Summary
Hunger is something Ghost was intimately familiar with. The weakening, cramping, debilitating pangs of agony. The bitter burn of stomach acid creeping up his throat in search of sustenance.
This hunger was foreign, the biting, all consuming desire stuffing him full, until he’s fit to burst and he’s still not fed. Hunger in the way of saliva wetting his mask as he watches Soap’s grey tee cling and darken with his sweat. Losing count of his reps because the omega had decided just then to practice his downward dog form.
Hunger, so severe and absolute that he fears Soap will be able to feel a physical manifestation of it. The grave weight of his want.
or, Alpha Ghost thinks he has it all, until Omega Soap joins the taskforce and throws his world on its axis.

Summary
Things didn't always go as planned. Missions had a tendency to go tits up in their line of work, and Ghost was used to adapting, adjusting and dealing with the worst of the worst, ready to sacrifice himself if it meant seeing things through to their end.
Every OP could be their last, and he thought he was fine with it — until they had to deal with zombies. An honest to God horde of the undead, and something more nefarious going on within the confines of the 'stronghold' they were supposed to breech.
Ghost was determined to keep Soap safe, contending with his feelings for his Sergeant, the growing number of adversaries in their way and the very real possibility of being forever changed. Till death did them apart, and all.

Summary

John "Soap" MacTavish is the lone survivor of Task Force 141. He never expected to find his lieutenant Simon "Ghost" Riley again after being separated years ago in the thick of battle. Even though Ghost is far from what he once knew, nothing can keep him from finding comfort in his presence once again.

Summary
The Practical Support Repentance programme was introduced by the British military as a way to be reinstated after a dishonourable discharge. Perhaps a little unorthodox, but a surefire way to get your life and rank back. All you needed to do was sign the document, handing over your autonomy to the military to be put to work on whatever they asked for a predetermined amount of time.
Not much different from the status quo as an active soldier, Soap thought. So when he got unfairly discharged at age 29 - he signed without thinking twice.
If only he'd read the fine print.
