As more dwarrow move back to the mountain and daily life resumes, Thorin has pushback from the older council members to find a Consort or his One before his coronation. He accepts every person who proposes courtship. Each suitor must complete a series of tasks to prove they are worthy and should be Thorin’s Consort. After frustration takes hold, Bilbo offers his help to the king, and they both discover something about themselves through the adventure.
