Summary
Just wrote this because Night Terrors, the non dragon kind.
Wanted to practice a certain type of writing, mostly for theme. Its supposed to be slightly inconsistent, its a nightmare, and also the thought/speech patterns aren't supposed to be completely comprehensible.

I enjoy making him suffer.

Summary
Taking place away from the main canon, post RttE, Krogan finds himself bought by a strange woman on a reclusive island, the manor of which is a renowned private "companionship" home. What she promises is simple: be a bodyguard for someone and get rewarded by having free roam of the island and authority in her manor. Simple enough, until he meets exactly who it is he's going to be the bodyguard for.

Krogan gets appointed as Viggo Grimborn's body guard, but something is off about the man he thought he knew. If it wasn't enough to concern him that Viggo seemed to have no recollection of Krogan or the events that transpired between them, then it certainly was terrifying that the man he knew was still in there, but unable to be himself for the new identity that had taken his place.

Summary
Taking place after Triple Cross, Viggo Grimborn comes into contact with the fact that the past of his heritage is not, in fact, as he expected it to be. As it has been passed down from generation to generation, time after time as he is thrust onto a completely unfamiliar continent completely separate from anything he ever remembered, and is forced to cope with the fact that even the people he met back home are not who they said they are.
Forced into unraveling the secrets of this lost land and her people, with their unfamiliar language that has been deadened to time, Viggo Grimborn is alone, and is the only one left who can piece together what had happened to them himself, with an unforeseen accomplice, of course in a so called Artificial Intelligence… whatever that is.
