You own the best, and only, bakery in the Encanto. After the Madrigal's home falls and the people of the Encanto offer their help, you decide that the best way you could pitch in was with treats for everyone. You would visit the construction site every day to offer all kinds of sweets to the family Madrigals and anyone else who was helping them out. But you noticed that one member of the Madrigal family, the one everybody thought was gone forever, was not coming to indulge in your sweets. So, you decide to approach him one day with the last lemon cookie.
