Chapter 1 takes place sometime after Through the Looking Glass Ruins.
Chapter 2 is almost directly after Labyrinth Runners.
Chapter 3 happens during Human Realm time and Post-canon.

Summary
In freshman year of high school, Danny pulled away from his friends without explanation.
At sixteen, he disappeared. Sam and Tucker presumed him dead. His parents insisted he was taken by ghosts.
As young adults, they run into him in Gotham, of all places. It's a stroke of luck that brings their best friend back to them.
If only it was that easy for the Bats to find the god damn engineer that's been running circles around them while they try to track him down.
Tim's not sure what he'll do first when he finally finds the brilliant bastard - kiss him or punch his teeth in.

Summary
The first video started simply, with Tim sitting in a hotel room on a bed covered in maps and building schematics. He was smiling slightly as he began.
"This is my video documentation of day sixty-eight in my search to find proof that Batman is alive," Tim said to the camera. Voices from the other side of the room interrupted him. They are too far away to make out what they are saying, but Tim rolls his eyes and says, "Or as Pru likes to call it my Chronicles of Desperation."
The last video started on a much different note. The room looked similar, but the light in Tim's eyes was gone.
“If you are listening to this, I’m most likely dead.”

It is a statement, dull like stone.
