Summary
Billy and Max escape Neil and move to Hawkins, where Billy sets his sights on Steve Harrington.

Steve's whole body is a line of tension water dripping down his spine as he moves to get dressed. "King Steve." Billy calls just to see what reaction he will get, has seen Steve glare at Tommy numerous times over the moniker. Now is no different, he might feel bad if he didn't find the little snarl Steve lets out adorable.
"Don't call me that." Steve hisses fangs just barely visible from where they have dropped and eyes flashing as he drags his boxers on under the towel. Billy wishes he would just drop the towel completely so he can fully enjoy the show.
"What would you prefer I call you?" Billy steps closer licking his teeth as Steve drops the towel pulling his pants up.
"Steve, you know my actual name by itself." Steve points out.
"That's no fun pretty boy." Billy enjoys the flush that creeps over Steve's skin his scent spiking sweetly.

Steve huffed and flopped back onto the couch, pretending the move was intentional and not because his legs suddenly gave out from under him.

Steve, suddenly cut off from the people he considered pack, notices his body starting to shut down. Billy, an aggressive new Alpha at Hawkins High, understands exactly what's going on: Steve is showing the early symptoms of Acute Isolation Syndrome, which can be fatal if left untreated. Shockingly, Billy offers to help Steve out in secret - for Max's sake, of course.

Billy tilts his head to the side like a confused puppy and furrows his eyebrows. His palm is white-hot through the thin material of Steve’s black shirt as Billy spreads his hand over the omega’s left pectoral, directly atop his racing heart. “Steve.”
The alpha points to himself and then raises those same eyebrows expectantly. Steve huffs out a quiet laugh and relaxes a bit. “I get it, I get it. You’re Billy and I’m Steve.”
This answer gets him a viciously happy growl and a smile bright enough to shame the sun. Steve can’t help but giggle again, this time incredulously.
“What kind of Miles O’Keeffe bullshit are you trying to pull here, jungle boy? Have you never heard of, like, normal pickup lines? You know, what’s an omega like you doing sobbing all alone on Halloween? How’s it going baby, nice ass?”
