    Did you ever think about detransitioning simply because you knew that it would kill you faster than any bullet ever could?
    He never actually said any of that out loud. He didn’t write it down either, afraid to make all of it real, afraid that he wouldn’t be heard anyway even if he put all of it out of there. Because usually he was fine, you know?
    Tim had never been a girl, but he couldn’t quite be a man either, no matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t fit into anything.
    A girl to most, a boy only to those that bothered to listen to him for more than five seconds.

    Or: Tim has been out as a Transman for some years now, but he feels like he never really got anywhere in his transition. Meanwhile, Damian starts thinking about who he is if he's more than a trained weapon designed to kill people.
