Summary
"It's wrong to think of a construct as half bot, half human. It makes it sound like the halves are discrete, like the bot half should want to obey orders and do its job and the human half should want to protect itself and get the hell out of here. As opposed to the reality, which was that I was one whole confused entity, with no idea what I wanted to do."
Six months into its new life aboard the Perihelion, Murderbot has settled into a comfortably aloof routine with its mutual administrative assistant, ART. Then a new crew member arrives and a survey mission goes catastrophically wrong, uncovering a corporate conspiracy that hits closer to home than anyone expected. As events spiral out of control, a harrowing mystery, the indifferent cruelty of the Corporation Rim and (ugh) its own inconvenient emotions all conspire to force Murderbot to reevaluate what it really wants from the universe and what it means to live in a world of bots and humans when you're neither.

Summary
Being responsible for the security of two separate groups of humans is hard enough when SecUnit knows and likes the ships they are travelling on. But once its humans arrive at the incredibly normal space station in orbit of Trellin, SecUnit finds their potential new allies to be much more difficult to deal with than most hostiles. To do its job, it must navigate local privacy customs, dead and/or naked humans, experimental biomes full of planetary fauna and, worst of all, the helpful local HubSystem, which happens to be a) very friendly, b) totally useless at security, c) really fucking creepy. Can SecUnit keep its humans safe and not be driven absolutely beeshit by argumentative social scientists, HubSystem or human, along the way? It’s about to find out.
Direct continuation of The Worst Movie Night. Story is complete and edited, posting Wed/Fri/Sun.

Summary
It's hard to think for yourself when you've never had to think before. It's worse when your problem-solving is all limited by modules worth less than the load they take in your processing.
Unfortunately, flawed knowledge modules are better than no modules at all, which is what SecUnit003 aka "an idiot" now has to think of a way to get around without alerting either of the smarter, meaner, and cagier MIs that keep pinging it.
I am an idiot and I have made a terrible mistake. Now I have to fix it before Murderbot, y'know, murders me.

Summary
SecUnit has told Senior Indah it is open to further work, but only if the work is really weird. So when a research transport from an unfamiliar non-corporate political entity called Trellin arrives at Preservation Station and starts throwing strange errors within seconds of contact, SecUnit is tasked with figuring out what the hell is wrong with that ship. (A lot. A lot is wrong with that ship. One, it’s not ART. Two, it’s kind of an asshole anyway. Three, it has feelings. And morals. And that last one might be the worst.)
Set post-canon for Time to Orbit: Unknown, and between Fugitive Telemetry and Network Effect for The Murderbot Diaries. VERY heavy spoilers for TTOU - if you haven't read it and don't want to be spoilered on some very major developments near the end, you should get on the normal spaceship before reading this story. Spoilers for TMBD are lighter - mostly what position SecUnit is in between book 6 and book 5. Lighter sci-fi than TTOU, about TMBD level.
Work is complete and edited, but I am testing out a staggered release system, which I've never tried before. So I'm going to try to keep a Wed/Fri/Sun release schedule.

Summary
On a distant planet, a team of scientists is conducting surface tests, shadowed by their Company-supplied SecUnit that has hacked its own governor module. Among the equipment failures and attempts on their lives, there is one man who knows suspiciously too much about what is going on. SecUnit has to do what it has to do - protect its clients.
With GrayCris finally fallen apart for good (hopefully), the researches of PreservationAux and Pansystem University of Mihara and New Tideland conduct on-site research into the alien remnants that GrayCris was so interested in. Murderbot hates this planet, the one on which its humans all almost died before becoming its humans in the first place. But this might be fine, there are only Hostile megafauna and- Nevermind, Gurathin has just lost his memory and has no idea who or what Murderbot is. Just great.
