"As she entered her office, she had a sneaking suspicion that Ron was up to something when she saw several red envelopes on her desk.
It had been one day since she left him. One day, and she was already getting howlers from Ron and Molly Weasley.
Ron was incensed about her leaving because, “How dare you leave without telling me!” and “Why didn’t you ever say anything to me?” and “I thought we were so good together!” A whinging howler.
Ugh. Really, Ron? Don’t you ever listen?
Those howlers she could deal with. It was the ones from Molly that came to her office that were the worst. Oh no, Molly couldn’t have sent them to her flat. She just had to let everyone know that “Hermione Granger was a floozy and a cheater,” and “a no-good girlfriend that only thought of herself and no one else.” It wasn’t even original, to be honest.
No one else had given more of themselves to Ron in the past two and a half years. No one but Hermione."
But now Hermione has finally stopped doubting herself and stepped out on her own. Having done so has gained her a couple of "new" friends as well as brought some old ones closer. She's awakened a new self.

Draco and Theo already knew they would have no other witch than the Golden Girl herself. Their already established relationship only needed one more. Hermione accepts the position.
When the subject of marriage comes up, Hermione makes sure to tell her sweethearts that she may not be able to produce the heir their family requires. They tell her they would willingly give up names and titles just to have her as their own.
After their triad marriage on Beltane, Hermione notices something better than "good" may have happened.

She's being shunned by nearly the entire castle for something she didn't do, and only Draco becomes aware that she's closed herself off to everyone.

He sees his perfect girl and knows he’s gone quite mad, for she’s still in the sleep clothes he saw her in just a few hours ago as she stepped out of the hallway loo. He could still smell her spearmint toothpaste and see her pinked cheeks from embarrassment from her lack of clothes. How was a thin tee shirt with a faded Bee Gees logo and the shortest shorts he’d ever seen on a person considered clothing? Why were his dreams becoming more lucid when he’s had one too many firewhiskeys?
After her squeal of surprise from his quiet pop of apparition and self body-dump on her bed, she asked, “What– What are you doing here, Professor?”
She covered her chest with the book she was reading, and her quiet, unsure tone made him hesitate as he reclined on the bed, facing her. This full-sized bed of hers in his dreams was quite luxurious and soft. Much like she was. He liked the closeness of it, too. He reached up to catch the curl that had escaped the messy bun atop her head. He watched as his fingers instinctively curled around it and he saw his dream Hermione shiver. His eyes caught hers. What was he supposed to be doing? Oh, yes. She asked a question; he was supposed to answer. -
