Hendery watched with idle curiosity as his eyes fluttered closed, his head beginning to nod. Is he… falling asleep standing up? Surely not. It seemed ludicrous, but the dude’s head continued to drift forward, eventually coming to rest right inside the open door of the dryer he was standing next to.
Smiling and shaking his head, Hendery started his load of laundry and left, already pulling out his phone to set a timer for 45 minutes.
Forty-five minutes later, Hendery returned to the laundry room to find the guy still asleep with his head in the dryer. Should I wake him? Hendery wasn’t sure what the proper code of conduct was in this situation. Would that be weird?
