Megan is a cadet going into the deadly Rider's Quadrant. She's come with half the amount of training some of these volunteers have and almost no ability with a sword. Yet.
Of course, when she's filed into First Squad with a friendly (maybe more?) Squad Leader, she can't help the need to... forge alliances.
Armed with a steady training routine, a new friend, and said new friend's mysterious Wing-Leader, she ventures through the turbulence of dragons and survival as she has never faced before.
But... it can't be that simple.
