Summary
A prince is thrust onto the throne after the tragic deaths of his parents, forcing him to come to terms with the responsibilities of a king. However, only a few weeks after his coronation, a number of scouts from a nearby, hostile empire are spotted crossing the border. It's clear that war is looming, and after centuries of peace, the prince's humble nation has almost no military whatsoever. They are completely vulnerable to this impending threat. So, facing the destruction of their home, the other nobles of the nation decide that the only way to survive is to create an alliance with the orcish people. They are so desperate, in fact, that when the orcs request the prince be offered to their queen in exchange, they accept immediately. To them, the prospect of being a vassal to the orcs is much better than whatever horrors await them at the hands of their enemy. So the prince travels to the capital of the orcish nation, where he is to be wedded to their queen, a woman he knew long, long ago, when they were just children--fellow royals left to play as their parents discussed matters of state. It has been a while since they've seen each other and he's missed her. But to think she'd force him into marriage...

Stiles lets out a pleased noise, reaching for his hand, playing with his fingers for a minute before bringing them to her wrist and looping them around, suggesting a shackle made of flesh.
“Chains?” Derek shakes his head, chuckling softly. “Why am I not surprised?”
More teasing, but Stiles doesn’t care. She can already tell from his expression that she’s going to get exactly what she asks for. Which is why what Derek says next, stroking the bone of her wrist with a thoughtful expression on his face, throws her for such a loop:
“So or they for you...or me?”

Percy had no choice but to take the job, not least because he was penniless and had been kicked out of school and both of his parents’ places, with nowhere to go. He didn’t know much about it past the fact that he’d be provided room and board for the usual price a lone, working class Omega would be expected to pay with. Nothing new, save for the benefits.
What did come as a surprise and a personal new low for him is the fact that it wasn’t so much a job as it was a… transaction, of sorts.
Or, the one where Percy, a male Omega sex worker, was bought as a birthday present for Annabeth, a young rich female Alpha.
