"You've uncovered your cruel truths." The recluse bites out miserably, defeated. "You know what I am." Shadowed eyes peek out from beneath the hermit's heavy hat, glaring halfheartedly over his shoulder for only a moment. "Now leave me.”
"But what if I did?" The jester tries, floating over the bed to peer at the hermit's face.
"Did.. what?"
"Shared." Shadow Milk replies, blinking owlishly. "My jam."OR
Pure Vanilla never indulged in his vampiric urges. Truthless Recluse, however, is not above hunting the fauna around the spire, even if it leaves him wracked with guilt, on top of his already fragile mental state. Shadow Milk investigates these strange attacks, and finds himself as the latest victim, much to his delight, and much to the vampire's dismay. While tending to Shadow Milk's wounds, Truthless Recluse finds himself slipping into old habits, a softness that he'd thought he'd left behind in the river.

Summary
If there is one thing Shadow Milk could be guaranteed to do, it would be meticulous. As exemplified by his carefully crafted wardrobe and by the schematics of each scheme he committed to, he always made sure every detail sat just right to get the point across. Though, he never thought he'd ever put this much care into a simple gift.
Here is the current issue; Shadow Milk, in being locked away for more than a millennium, is unaware of the modern celebrations of cookie-kind. As the Fount he never indulged in any celebrations except for the ceremonial kind- blessings, prayers, and other nonsense he was expected to partake in.
So when Pure Vanilla kindly requested he join him in the markets that day and he begrudgingly agreed, he was confused by the decorations being placed around the kingdom.

or, Shadow Milk tries to give Pure Vanilla a gift for Valentine's Day. It mostly works out.

“The Beast of Deceit is not the priority in this room right now.” Pure Vanilla's eyes briefly flicker open, before closing gently as he smiles.
“…you are.”
Shadow Milk falters, his eyes wide and taken aback. The ones in his hair look around before finally returning to look at Pure Vanilla. Did he really just said that-
He sniffs and lightly touches his sweating forehead, "I don't feel too good- achoo!"
Another blue smoke surrounds Shadow Milk and he turns into... into a roomba.
Pure Vanilla stares at the disappearing Beast, “…A roomba.”
He leans his body back and lays tiredly on the back of the chair, “…Of course.”

Summary
Blueberry Milk did not get sick, he was the Sage of Truth, immortal holder of the souljam of Truth, he could be struck down by no curse, no mortal mould. It would be ridiculous to assume otherwise, he just had a headache is all. Overwork, and stress from the effort of finding the cure to such a dangerous affliction.
There was no possible way it could be anything else.

Aka. Sage of Truth gets sick, and this becomes Truthless Recluse’s problem. Featuring an excess of plot, and some ‘Beasts’ as family, because… uh. Actually nevermind, don’t question it.
