He wasn’t sure what had possessed him to show up to this party. Maybe the creeping stress of exams, or the sheer exhaustion of memorizing human anatomy until his eyes blurred. But if he was honest with himself, the real reason was about five foot nine, dressed in black, and had smiled at him that morning with fangs that were just a little too sharp to be bought from Party City.

He’d said it like it was nothing.
“There’s this Halloween thing tonight. You should come, Legs. You’re too pale to stay in and study on Halloween.”
Legundo had rolled his eyes, but somehow, he’d found himself here, surrounded by flashing lights, fake cobwebs, and the distinct smell of pumpkin-spice vodka.---

Summary
There was a noise outside. Footsteps, and then an abrupt sharp rap on the door of the clinic. Owen froze, eyes darting about as if he was trapped, although there was no silver in Legundo's clinic. He was not pressing any longer, to keep Owen in place. The window was still open, where Owen had come in, but still Owen had the look of a fox in a pit, staring at the hounds.
"Everything alright in there?" Abolish's voice called out, and Legundo sighed. Owen's claws tightened on his arms, and he did not flinch at the pain of the wounds opening.
"…Yes, Abolish, thank you. I'm fine."
There was a long silence from the other side of the door.
"… alright," Abolish said. "Sleep well, then."
"… I will," Legundo called back, staring into Owen's eyes until Abolish's neat and quiet footsteps faded away.
"He wants to fuck you I hope you know," Owen sneered, into the silence left behind. He still looked frightened, wounded.
An animal in a trap, lashing out to hurt.
Legundo leaned forward and kissed him.

Summary
Legs and Owen came to an agreement that once a week Owen gets to drink Legundo's blood, in exchange he has to answer three of the doctor's questions about vampires to the best of his abilities, in the name of research, of course.
How unfortunate that on one occasion, one wrong and seemingly not so bad request leads their relationship in a way that neither expected, but both deeply longed for.
Aka Legs asks Owen to show off his bat form after the vampire already took a chunk of his blood. That, as well as the lingering homosexual energy leads them to a make out session.
