Summary
It’s the winter in the end of Second Year in High School.
Since the end of the tennis season, the team has been more concerned as Yagyuu and Niou have been drinking and partying more than is normal even for them. They’ve been spending a lot of time out of town with Hyoutei. Both have been more reckless with the girls they’ve “dated” and been taking more risks with one another as well.
So now that the old captain is more or less retired and Yukimura is officially bucho for the next year, he’s been pushing them to shape up and they are not taking the hint. Yukimura is always the ruler of his team, and has decided that Niou is the root of this irresponsible behavior. Clearly, he thinks, this is Yagyuu's responsibility to correct.

His useless self can't even make it to his own nest, so he can't even give in to his stupid instincts screaming at him for his alpha, his alpha’s scent, anything related to him, and he isn't safe because he is outside the nest, and now his alpha is going to find him sprawled on the floor when he comes back, being the deadweight that he is, and his alpha’s not going to be able to properly rest when he comes back all because he has taken a comment to heart.
He can smell something rotten and twisted in the air, and it takes him far too long to realise that he's the one stinking up the entire house. The usually fragrant lavender and orange scent that comes from him now smells bitter and burnt, and he hates it. His nose and eyes water, and everything blurs for him, colours and shapes fusing and separating, before fusing again.

Moondae froze on the spot. It was an unexpected question. He didn't expect to be confronted so directly out of nowhere. As the leader, Chungwoo of course had the responsibility to keep a check that all the members were faring alright and help out if someone is having some trouble.
A simple question with a simple one word answer ’yes’.
But Moondae couldn't utter a single word. Why? He's fine, so why couldn't he reply back?
