Summary
Kim Yoohyeon, a not so ordinary girl, always wanted to know what the world was like outside of the abuse. On the day she was born, she's never been liked by many. Her mother never liked her because of their.. situation, which she doesn't think is quite fair. Just because she came out a wrong breed, why can't she love her? During school, Yoohyeon always gets bullied, the students there calling her very unpolite names, some even try to touch her inappropriately. Her best friend, Lee Yubin, is in a similar situation as hers. So one day, when she got tired of the abuse, the harassment, the stares, the judgemental looks, the laughter. Everything, basically. Yoohyeon did what any normal abused kid would do in her situation: She ran away with Yubin, of course.
But the thing is, runaways aren't easy in her part of the big city. The security is tight, and the exit is always guarded. So how do they get away? Yoohyeon finds a way. Yubin doesn't know how she did it. But the next thing both of them know, they're on the next flight to South Korea. Headed straight for the District. Her hometown. Seoul.
This whole time, Yoohyeon has been following her heart. She knows it's something waiting for her. But what?
