“What do I smell like, Eijiro?” He gritted through his teeth, voice hoarse in his throat. “And why did our new intern ask if I had weekend plans with my alpha?”

Kirishima let out a sound caught between a sigh and a whine. It was clearly difficult for him to talk about, and Katsuki briefly considered telling him to forget it, to leave it. Why did he care, anyway?
But Kirishima finally looked down, a spark of his old self back as he scrunched up his face in thought. “Because you’re the one person I can’t tell, okay? Can we just leave it?”
“Then that gives you more reason to tell me, idiot. If you can’t tell me then-”
Kirishima suddenly let out a frustrated snarl. Taken back slightly, the King still didn’t budge.
“Don’t you get it?! Are you really that dense?” the redhead snapped, his wings spreading with the surge of energy, “don’t make me spell it out!”
“Spell what out, dumbass?! If you just fucking tell me, I swear to fucking Dragon Might-”
“Because I like you, okay?!”
