Summary
Growing up, Elarea Delabreaux was well aware of her... Oddities. She had odd eyes and even odder things happened around her. But she hadn't thought much of it: loving parents could do that to you.
So when she's given The Choice, she takes it. Anything to learn more about her abilities after all. If only someone warned her before she said yes though. Then she wouldn't have to deal with people always trying to kill her, meddlesome headmistresses, and worse of all, her dads forgetting her.
