Summary
Thanos never attacked the Statesman, and the remaining citizens of Asgard survived.
Thor and Loki did too—unfortunately for them.
Now they’re trapped rebuilding a kingdom while pretending their relationship isn’t in pieces. Thor works himself to exhaustion, Loki avoids every feeling he has, and neither of them knows how to talk about any of it.Nothing is wrong.

Post-Ragnarok survival would be much easier if Thor stopped being earnest, the ship stopped humming, and the void stopped existing altogether.
Unfortunately, Loki is not granted such luxuries.
