Summary
She didn't know what to expect when sailing across the sea to marry a man she had never met before. Even though she was going in blind, she had hopes that her marriage would at least be bearable. Little did she know she would be marrying the hotheaded Aerion Bright-flame Targaryen. Marriage with him would be more than difficult, but she was determined to win him over.

Aerion was known as mad, vain, and cruel. He relished in cruelty and pain. He didn't give a damn if anyone complained. He would flaunt his position as prince of the realm to make them feel humiliated. It wasn't until the events of Ashford Meadow that the girl put him in his place with sharp words.
That girl's name is Lythera Torrwood. She was raised by her stern, ambitious father. The Torrwoods weren't an important house. They were here to find allies to strengthen the family name. She was told to smile and act like other girls. But she was not like most girls. She was wild and rebellious. She was a black sheep of the family.
