A writer for the Steambird had recently visited Sumeru on vacation, and mentioned the message board gossip to Charlotte. Since the newspaper’s readership had been decreasing in recent times, she thought that perhaps a sweet, humorous love story would do well for a one-page story, and quickly bought a ticket to set up an interview with the famous couple: “Anonymous Kshahrewar” and “Anonymous Haravatat.” She had also enlisted the Inazuman detective’s help, in case the investigative journalism got too investigative.

Staying at the Emerald Maple Inn with Diluc wouldn’t be so horrible if Childe could hold himself together and act as he normally would.
Yet here he was, daydreaming about the elaborate ways Diluc could make him fall apart every time Diluc so much as looked at him.
That was the worst part—that he wanted Diluc to do sinful things to him and not the other way around.
What a disgrace. He only hoped the Tsaritsa couldn’t hear his begging prayers, wherever she was.
