Summary
"Dead Man Walking!" Sonic teases as they came back from another mission. The group had split up right after the announcement had been made. Samus had gone with him. Boba Fett had gone with Doomguy/Slayer.
It was the night before the destined rematch. There was a sentiment amongst the combatants that rematches or returning combatants in general were never good for anyone. Those that had won their first bout would often lose the second. Some had even taken to calling karmic retribution for their initial murders.
