Summary
In Smallville canon, Chloe Sullivan was the lovable but doormat sidekick. In alternate reality she is so much more. After almost falling to her death in Kinetic, she soon awakens a power within herself more powerful than she could've ever imagined. Luckily, she has the help of her father, a dashing billionaire, and a mildly annoying farmboy to help her better adjust to the change.
The universe is a mash-up of DC and Marvel with some other universes thrown in for fun. There will crossovers with just about every major player in those universes. It won't be a long wait to get to include the other universes. Fandoms will be added as they appear.

Summary
In an alternate universe where the wizarding world exists in the Marvel Universe. Or where Harry Potter and Dudley Dursley are raised by Phil Coulson, who's even more than meets the eye. Neville Longbottom is raised by Pepper Potts who happens to be his non-magical cousin whose hardly clueless. And Hermione Granger grows up much wiser than her canon counterpart, with a little or a lot of help from a certain godfather. All in all things are going to get more than a little interesting, that's for sure.
This starts years before the first Iron Man movie and will span not only to the Avengers but beyond to when Thanos finally pays a visit to Earth, with his galactic army in tow of course. However, it will also very loosely follow what happens in Harry Potter though it will be a minor focus. Also, heroes from all over the Marvel Universe will be included along with their foes as it leads up to the conclusion of the real war and possibly beyond that.

Summary
Percy Weasley is not particularly reckless, until he is, once, on the anniversary of his brother's death. For most people, the idea of sending oneself through time to correct one's mistake would remain a fantasy, something to dwell on in the middle of the night, but Percy has always been too capable for his own good.
Featuring: a reluctant spy, an unlikely friendship between a ghost and a lonely student, a portrait, very few friends, several very lengthy conversations about soul magic, and far too many Horcruxes.
(Or, an attempt to answer the question, if someone intelligent was sent back through time, armed only with the word 'Horcrux' and a general knowledge of the main timeline––not to mention a keen understanding of the Hogwarts curriculum––could that person logic his way to defeating the Dark Lord? Only time will tell).
