“Delicate as ever,” Mycroft muttered under his breath, but finally met Sherlock’s eyes, demeanour returning to be serious as the grave. “I’m telling you this, because I’d like you to partner with Moriarty in ice dance for this season."
The rink fell silent, save for the low hum of the aircon. Sherlock stared at Mycroft; Mycroft stared right back. They stared some more, until Sherlock slowly spoke.
“Very amusing,” he said, in a distinctly flat tone of voice that communicated how very unamused he was.

Summary
A night of passion in Constantinople leads to angst and misunderstandings for James and Sherlock. Is this the end of their friendship or the start of something beautiful?

Summary

Summary
‘Sherlock,’ the way James says his name sends shivers down Sherlock’s spine. He unconsciously leans closer, wanting more of his touch; a mix of contradicting feelings reflecting on his face.
James knows that no matter how much Sherlock wants to be seen otherwise, he is deeply dependent on the people around him. Maybe that’s the reason why he didn’t make any friends before him: the fear of trusting the wrong person led him to isolation which felt far more comfortable than having his heart broken.
The truth is, James doesn’t want to cause Sherlock any pain. He wants him back, that’s all.
