Summary
Draco had assured her the dress was perfectly sensible for the event, despite the halter top revealing swathes of skin. It most certainly reminds him of her wedding gown (white does that to him — she probably (read: most definitely) did it on purpose) and could be seen as inappropriate, but it wraps around her hips in such a salacious way he simply could not allow her to wear anything else.
Besides, it was an outdoor event. In Italy. During the summer.
She would’ve died of heatstroke if she hadn’t worn it.
So really, the Wizarding World should be groveling at his feet, thanking him for keeping one Hermione Granger alive.
The same could not be said for Weasley.
