“You shouldn’t be out in the rain, especially without a jacket. You could catch a cold.” Nara felt a familiar feeling of nostalgia clawing at her heart at his words, but shook them off; she wasn’t in the mood to keep thinking about her past.
She considered protesting, given the fact that she had just met this man less than five minutes ago, but he honestly had a point. It was freezing outside, and she had on the thin shirt she had worn to bed and a pair of sweatpants. Earlier in the night, Nara had made a plan to escape while her boyfriend slept, and knew that stopping to change her clothes was pretty unimportant in the grand scheme of things. She grabbed the garment off her body, pulling it over her head and feeding her arms through the sleeves. Feeling the warmth enveloping her, she couldn’t help but let out a sigh of content.
“Thank you…,” she trailed off, gesturing for him to tell her his name. He hesitated a bit, as if he was unsure if he should tell her, but eventually responded.
“Su-bong. Name’s Su-bong.”
