“Cook,” Zoro said, in a voice filled with what could only be described as childish glee, “what does cilantro taste like to you?”
Sanji attempted to scoff, but his discomfort over how utterly thrilled Zoro looked right now made it come out more like a pouty huff. “What the fuck do you think, mosshead?” he asked. “It’s cilantro. It tastes like soap. Or can you not tell that because the algae in your brain has spread to your taste buds?”
In which Sanji is mildly devastated to learn he can’t properly taste cilantro, and Zoro proves surprisingly helpful in the kitchen.

Sanji knew he had made a mistake, leaving without waiting for his crew in zou. most importantly, he had hurt Zoro deeply, and knew that he needed to apologize. As the war was brewing, Sanji planned his apology in silence. Until the day arrived when it had to be done. He loved Zoro too deeply, and couldn't let them suffer.
He planned it all. Wait for Zoro to arrive at the alley and then he would make it up to him, tell him everything, and kiss him later. He came prepared... but not for what was about to happen. Maybe he had underestimated their love after all.Bookmarked by Shpingo
