"She heard a soft chuckle from her side and looked up to see Clarke staring at her with a fond look. She blushed and looked away. She had never been given a fond look. Never. Maybe Finn had given her something similar from time to time but she was sure it was more a look of pride then one of fondness. She wondered if this is what normal children with normal parents felt like when their parents looked at them. Raven was too young when her momma left her for her to remember if she had ever looked at her like that. But she quickly decided that she liked to be looked at like that. Like she meant something to someone."
AU where Raven is a foster child and Clarke and Lexa are the parents she needs and deserves.
