Upon moving back to Baker Street following Sherlock’s return from the dead, John finds that Sherlock is a bit more keen on entertaining gentlemen callers than he once was, a fact that seems to make John irrationally angry. Intent on proving that he’s not a total dick, John decides to make it his mission to find Sherlock a boyfriend. This, as it turns out, is the worst idea John has ever had.

The universe, it would appear, has a somewhat different plan for John. As a mounting series of consequences sends John across the city to all the spots he and Sherlock haunted that first day they knew each other, John begins to suspect that the universe is not being very lazy at all.
