Summary
A young Garrus was at the Citadel when the human embassy opened, as well as the infamous Commander Shepard. He didn’t know what to expect other than what he had heard but when he met her he knew she was someone he wanted to be like.
And then she was gone.
A much older, and now a Spectre, Garrus is on the trail for Dr. Heart. A trail that takes him to a what looked like an abandoned lab on a moon.
But there she was.
What had only been three years for Shepard has been a long seventeen for him. She remembers the turian kid who had sought her out but doesn’t know the man in front of her. And he’s not saying anything.
Not knowing how, and a weak lead to maybe who, both Garrus and Shepard work together to find out why she’s here. But as the pieces start to fall together, she afraid to fall apart.
Now he’s here and won’t let her.
(This will be a multi chapter story, just cannot get it to indicate so :( )

She exhaled, her fingers trailing up the front of his shirt, feeling the steady rise and fall of his chest. “At first.”Cooper made a low sound, almost like a growl, before capturing her mouth in a slow, lingering kiss. He tasted like whiskey and something unmistakably him, and when she melted into him, he deepened it, hands tightening against her.
AKA
Lucy, Cooper, Janey, and Dogmeat/Four finally head back home, they see Cooper's base, return to Vault 33, and Lucy is reunited with her family.

Summary
(Title is from the lyrics of "Smooth Operator" by Sade, aside from that the plot is not connected, I just liked the title idea.)
Lately, you'd often found yourself exploring Nueva York, taking in the sights and experiencing the night life of this futuristic city. While dancing in a club, your eyes catch a glimpse of a familiar red glow, but surely your mind was just imagining things. Yet, you couldn't help but feel like you were being watched.
