Colin took a long sip of champagne and utterly unbothered by the crackling magic that surrounded him, replied, “I’d rather not.”
Offended by both his rejection and the way he pronounced “rather” with a posh lilt, Marina cursed him on the spot. Her spell was oddly specific and oddly sticky.
“You shall sleep until your True Omega arises,

Thanks to a typo made by an overworked scheduling nurse, Penelope Featherington is accidentally artificially inseminated, resulting in her becoming a pregnant virgin at the age of 26.
And to make matters even more absurd, Colin Bridgerton may (or may not) be the father.
Granted, neither of them actually know that that's a possibility...
