Summary
They're doing well. Several rounds of racing have gone by, Chosen taking victory in all of them save one, during which Augustus cheated anyway, so it should not be counted. Augustus doesn't know he cheated, per se, because it's not like he did it on purpose. Chosen took his eyes off the screen for a moment and couldn't pull his gaze back to it. Embarrassing. Besides Chosen's occasional staring problem, they're doing well. And then Augustus bumps his elbow against Chosen's on accident.
OR
Sometimes a single word can be the straw that breaks the camel's back, so to speak, in that if Augustus apologizes to him one more goddamn time, Chosen is gonna crack.
