No matter the difficulties he would have to face: conspiracies, threats, complex feelings, and even... entities.
When you have a lot to protect, those memories are what give you strength, even if they try to take them away from you.
N would move forward, he would do things his way, chained, forgotten, mistreated... it doesn't matter. Because his memories are what give him the strength to keep going, even if things are never easy. Besides, having the same powers as his torturer helps a lot.

Summary
N, V, and Uzi did it.
They beat the Absolute Solver, destroyed Cyn's host body, and beat back J during the process. Everything was wrapped up nicely and settled at long last. There weren't any more enemies left behind or festering threats waiting to make misery out of their lives. For the three of them, they had done it. This was the end of their adventure on Copper 9, but nobody ever gave thought to the Solver's words and what she had spoken. Nobody had ever thought of the reassurance that she would never be alone.
The backups.
She always had backups.
And now they're awake, stranded, with nowhere to go, nobody to serve, and no home to visit.
What else is left for them?
