And It was much too late to get away….
Kidnapped by strange pirates who were not all they seemed, he could do nothing more than sit and watch his freedom slowly pull away from his hands, the view of his island growing smaller and smaller with every passing minute.
Grian was helpless to defend himself, promised to a king to pay the debt he had nothing to do with. The Avian screamed and fought against his binds, but his efforts could not stop the fast approaching horrors waiting for him on the frozen Northern soil.
And still the boat sailed on, into the dark waters ahead…

The only good thing was they were after only Scar and not exactly malicious. He could hear them coming up behind him as he grew closer to the shop and he turned, going into an alleyway in between. He turned to them, green eyes glowing softly as roots grew up his followers leg.
“You’re one of my parents spy’s aren’t you?” He laughed although it was cold, harsh.“They know what the winged one is… they know he’s not human anymore-“ a vine shot up to wrap around their mouth, quieting them.
“That’s quite enough from you, he is who he is and I’ll happily kill anyone who tries to hurt him or make him something else. Tell them that, he’s under my protection,” Scar hissed before he left, turning the corner to enter the store.Series
