Everything up through "Blue Arrow" can be read following season 2 (Someplace Like Home). Beginning with "Star Wars was Right About Spice," fics reference events of season 3 (Shadows of Stars). You should be able to understand them even without reading that fic, and they don't contain any major spoilers, but I recommend reading them after the midpoint or end of season 3.

Summary
Gotham is a lawless land. Crime and corruption run rampant on the streets, even despite the best efforts of Batman and Robin. However, there is one rule that every Gothamite knows to be true. However bad you think it is right now, it can, and will, get worse.
Tim is getting a first hand look at that rule right now as he finds himself staring down the barrel of Red Hood's gun. The men who had been chasing him crown the entrance to the alley, and Tim can feel their hungry stares on his back.
One day, he's going to learn how to listen when Bruce says to stay home.

"Wordlessly, and slowly, Bruce takes one breath after another, composing himself. He hands Jason the slightly crumpled sheet of paper. Jason reads it quickly. Quicker than Bruce, but he reads it again and again and again. Finally snapping with panicked urgency, 'What the fuck is this?'
Bruce, completely devoid of any inflection, forces himself to simply state the facts in front of him. 'That is Red Robin’s two week notice.'"

Summary
Unknown number has sent 1 image, the banner reads. That’s right. The Replacement had said he was into photography or something. Another buzz comes in as Jason is double checking the daggers shoved into his boots. And then another. And another. It’s incessant. With a huff, Jason opens the phone back up to idly stroll through the stream of Dick’s inconsistently punctuated texts.
Tim what is this

You said you had homework??????
Hello????
Well, he seems a little distressed.
Jason scrolls back up to the top of the chat, ignoring Dick’s incoming messages to take a closer look at the inciting image. It’s blurry and dark. Jason has to hold the phone ridiculously close to his face just to make it out. A green-gloved hand gives a thumbs-up over a piece of wet pavement. Jason squints closer. It’s not just wet. It’s a deep, slick red.
Cool. Whose blood is that? Jason asks. Dick’s response is immediate: NOT HELPING JAY.
