With all of infinite knowledge and a god's power at his disposal, Derek realizes how to warn Avery in time.
He lands in the alternate dimension of a Minecraft universe, name-tagged d3rLord3, in the mouth of those damned mines. Right in front of a slime hybrid about to turn left.
(There is no book that greets TheMostMayo in the mines when he enters, pickaxe ready for shiny rocks. Instead, he finds in his way a human dressed in the armor of a knight, but who claims to be an oracle and who stinks like an Admin.

Yellow jumped, spinning around and realizing it was possibly the worst person—no, the worst person she could've been stuck with was sitting there, at the desk of a lab she for once did not want to be in. She hadn’t realized who it was, she’d seen the fuzzy red and motions of a person, and hadn’t thought much of it. There was no mistaking that voice.
"Dark Lord." Yellow pressed her back against the seamless door, "You—what do you want?"

Summary
Security Deposit: money that the tenant gives to a landlord when signing a rent lease. The security deposit sits untouched in the landlord's possession until the tenant moves away and ends the lease, at which point the landlord returns the security deposit to the tenant.
The exception occurs when and if the tenant, through negligence or other means, damages the property; at which point the landlord will use the tenant's security deposit to cover the damage.
