Summary
Izuku ran. The cold night air burned his nostrils. He cringed at the smell of cigarettes; profoundly disgusted at the way the scent met his tongue. He ran throughout the city. The lights of pushing away the shadows over his face; his entire skin drenched of vibrant yellows and blinking blaring blue and subtle hues of tender pinks. He took a sharp turn down sovereign avenue. In this part of the city; the streets mainly were crooked and crumbled. Houses that stood here for years were beginning to lose their paints fulfilling color, and the tenements were built with classic redbricks. In this part of the city, people had locked their doors with several locks just so they could sleep at night.

Summary
Being an Alpha has nothing to do with Katsuki's success as a Pro-Hero, the same way Deku's Omega status hasn't kept him from becoming Number Two. Secondary gender doesn't mean anything nowadays and “mating” is an antiquated practice.
