Summary
This story is written as a sort of sequel to Cthulhu’s Bonsai, a collection of short stories also available on my profile. Without it some context and worldbuilding is lost, so I recommend giving it a quick read beforehand. I hope you enjoy both, thanks for reading!
After Earth discovers the wondrous and mysterious Tree, a colony is quickly established on the planet surrounding the Tree. One doctor finds herself involved in a mystery with the Tree at its heart.

Summary
Maybe he could have been an artist, if it weren't for the fact that the dead can possess him and communicate through his drawings. He's spent his life avoiding idleness with pencil and paper. The sensation of possession is rarely pleasant.

Greg Lestrade joined the police force to placate the ghosts that haunt him. After his greatest asset in solving crime flings himself from a building, Greg is once again faced with too many sleepless nights. When a forceful spirit and a troubling case appear, an innocent man could end up in prison. Out of desperation, Greg turns to the one person who can help him: Mycroft Holmes.
As attraction blooms between them, the case becomes far more twisted and dangerous than expected. The full moon approaches. Time is running out.
