Summary
Sonja's semblance of a somewhat normal life all seemed to end when her house went up in flames.
And as soon as it started looking like things could return to normal again, she found out she was a witch. But it soon became clear that something was wrong, and Sonja ended up the odd one out in an almost fairytale-esque world. Trying to fix the problem only made things worse.
Things are uncovered, family secrets are revealed, and a criminal organization get their claws into a new, helpless victim.
Set in 1980's wizarding Scandinavia, this explores a different type of magic, and a different wizarding culture.

Sceptically, Remus sat down next to Peter. “What’s happened?” He glanced at the others.
“Everything’s fine, Remus,” James assured, holding up his hands.
“You’re not acting like it,” he countered.
Sirius took a seat on James’ bed, across from Peter’s, clasping his hands between his spread knees. “So. You know your furry little problem?” he asked bluntly.
“Sirius!” Peter whisper-yelled in indignation.
“Mate, we have to start somewhere!” he protested. Peter grimaced and eventually nodded, mumbling to himself.
Remus blinked at Sirius. “...Yes. Yes I know my furry little problem.”
Or: James, Sirius and Peter finally tell Remus they’ve become Animagi for his sake. He does not take it well.

“Why aren’t you using your powers? This could’ve been over way sooner.” Peter's lenses narrowed.
“Something weird is going on,” Percy strained, landing roughly on the asphalt, “and I don’t exactly trust the Mist enough to hide all that.” He grinned up at Peter. “I’m rawdogging it!”
Peter hoped his disgust came across through his mask. “Don’t ever say that again, dude.”
The Minotaur inexplicably goes on a rampage through Harlem and at the end of the day, the Avengers are still mortals. Percy lends them a hand, even though the Mist seems to be having an identity crisis. In other words: Things Were Not Looking Good.
But hey, what's fighting a raging monster with Spider-Man but a disguised bonding opportunity between bros?
