Summary
Regulus Black was the top ballet dancer in the academy. The possibility that he could be anything less than perfect was not an idea that had ever been entertained. He had a legacy to protect and his mother made damn sure that he never strayed the way his brother did. His brother, Sirius, never liked ballet. He was too chaotic; uncontrollable for anything meant to convey grace and beauty the way classical ballet was supposed to. No, Sirius decided when he turned sixteen that he would become a hip hop dancer. Of course, their mother didn’t approve. This led to events that catastrophically ruined his life. At fifteen years old Regulus lost his lifeline, his safe space, his brother. Sirius decided that he could not take it anymore and he left. He asked Regulus to leave with him. Begging and pleading for him to understand. As was to be expected of him, Regulus turned away and held in his emotions until he got back to the safety of his room.

Complete! <3 (Edits made Feb 2024, bonus story added August 2024)
The Black family and the Potter family grew-up spending their summers at neighboring lake houses a few hours off the East Coast. Then one summer, James Potter stopped coming. Regulus can admit he was a little disappointed when his first crush suddenly disappeared from his life. But it's been seven years. He's clearly over it.
That is until his last summer before starting college, when that same golden-skinned boy steps out of the car, grown and beautiful, and crashes back into Regulus' world.

Summary
It's James’s and most of his friends last year at uni and he hopes everything is easy going but of course it doesn’t work out that way. He is expecting to dorm with his best friend Sirius but little do they know that there is another Black in the school and dorm management mixes it all up so now James is with someone who has made him promise not to yell anyone about him being there. Also his social life slowly consumes him again in a not so good way.
Or: James and Regulus forced to dorm after a mix up and slowly realizing the other isn’t who they thought they were while trying to keep Regulus secret hidden!

The year is 1984. Sirius Black has just turned 25. He's rich, he's powerful, and most importantly--he's bored.
