"You dropped this," the woman said, standing at the edge of the alleyway that Barry's umbrella had decided to tumble down when the wind ripped it out of his hands. She was holding the thing out for him, not seeming bothered at all by the rain that pelted down on the two of them. He couldn't see much with the rain and the low light from the streetlamp behind them, but her eyes were bright and the playful smile she was giving him was downright breathtaking.
She was by all accounts the most beautiful woman Barry had ever seen in his entire life.
"Thanks. This wind, ya know?" he said, trying not to sound too awkward as he reached to take the umbrella back. Before he could actually grab a hold of it though, he paused. Making a split second decision he pulled his hand back, trying to look a bit more confident than he felt as he spoke.
"Actually, you keep it."

Barry swallowed. “I mean, what would you say are the chances of something going disastrously wrong? Or otherwise blowing up.” Lup opened her mouth but he held up a hand before she could speak. “And yes, that’s accounting for the fact that we on average have a higher likelihood of exploding things than the general population.”
“Mm, I love it when you call us outliers,” said Lup. “But I’m not even doing mine tonight, so that drops the chances by a fair few points, I’d say.”
“Oh,” said Barry. “That’s true. I’m on my own this time.”
“Babe!” Lup said, twirling around, mildly offended. “I would never leave you to fend for yourself. Tonight,” and she bowed dramatically, her long scarf almost scraping the ground, “you have – and this is official - the greatest chef in existence serving as your humble sous-chef.”
“Okay, so if anything blows up it’s definitely still your fault.”
“Well, you know what I always say…” She waltzed towards the store.
“It’s not Candlenights until something’s on fire?”

“I am His Royal Highness, Prince Kravitz of Neverwinter,” Kravitz says, focusing on Taako, sprawled out on the floor. “I was cursed to prick my finger on my twenty-fifth birthday and fall into a deep sleep that could only be broken by true love’s kiss. A sleep you woke me from.”
Taako, who apparently has no idea who Kravitz is and was definitely in the middle of robbing the palace when he stopped and decided to kiss an unconscious body, freezes in place, eyes wide with surprise.
